The recruitment industry has one goal: find the replaceable widget the customer wants. Exactly, precisely only this one widget. Anything else is irrelevant.

Versatile talented people who can do more than one thing are not wanted.

You can troll through our job openings every day. But don’t expect us to make any effort whatsoever to look for you. We don’t have time to be bothered. Next time, we will do the same thing and you will get the same rejection form letter. But hey, you are out of work and don’t have anything better to do, so keep coming back.
